Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoPilot ("Service"), operated by Wisetech International Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GeoPilot is an AI visibility analysis platform measuring how brands appear across AI models including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Grok. Results are based on sampled queries and are estimates only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Plan & Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 2 analyses per calendar month. Limits may change with reasonable notice. Exceeding limits will result in access restrictions until the next cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: violate any law; bypass usage limits or access controls; scrape or extract data from the Service; reverse engineer any part of the Service; use the Service to compete with GeoPilot without written consent; transmit malicious code; impersonate others; interfere with Service integrity; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, and technology are owned by Wisetech International Sdn Bhd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission. You retain ownership of data you submit, but grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that GEO scores are accurate or complete, that results reflect actual AI behavior, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI visibility scores are estimates based on sampled queries at specific points in time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISETECH INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or MYR 100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisetech International Sdn Bhd and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including OpenRouter API, Supabase, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Before legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@geopilot.app to resolve disputes within 30 days.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the Service.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Wisetech International Sdn Bhd.
